This is a list of different battle modes. These modes are made for different types of Zoid Battles. Keep in mind that once you choose a battle mode you cannot switch it once the battle begins.
0983 a basic ground to ground combat that has a limited number of zoids on each team and is limited to close-range combat.
0982 a basic ground to ground combat with a certain number of zoids on each team, there are no resrictions on weapons or ranged fighting.
0992 a one on one ground to ground battle mode, it has no restrictions on weapons or attacking ranges.
0990 a ground to air battle with a limited number of warriors on each team but no restrictions on weapons.
0884 an air to air battle with up to six warriors allowed on each team to fight. There are no other restrictions.
0987 a ground to air battle where the ground team is allowed on air born zoid, has a limit of four warriors on each team.
0999 a free-for all battle where there are no restrictions on weapons, ranges, or warriors on each team. This battle mode basically has no rules, you either win or lose. But the illegal attacks are still illegal in this battle mode.
9990 this really is no battle mode at all, this is an all out war battle. You can use any illegal tatic or manuver out there! You can do what ever you want here, but it's still a team against another team. You can have up to 10 warriors against one if you wish.
9009 a battle royal. This means it's a free-for-all with no restrictions on weapons, or ranged combat. It also means that only one person comes out the winner, so you will end up fighting your own teammates here. These types of battles are usually held in special arenas and domes.
1001 the royal cup battle mode. And once a zoid has a command system freeze here, its out for the rest of the Royal Cup. There is no restriction on weapons, ranges, or types of zoids. But once a zoid is knocked out, no other zoids can replace that fallen zoid. Once an enitre team has a command system freeze, the team is dropped out of the contest. This battle is held every four years, and a single team wins, getting into Class S. You must defeat five teams to get the five pass-codes to the finish line, then it's a race against time to get there first.
